All prior 2020 pass purchases will be redeemable for AW2020 as well as for the live, in person AW2021 events. The registration team will be in touch to secure your pass credentials.
If you have any further questions regarding how to apply your past event pass or order, please contact us.
How do I login to my account on the site?
If you are not currently logged into the site, select 'Agenda' on the top menu, then click 'My Registered Sessions' at the top of the list of sessions. Click 'Login' if you have already registered previously or 'Register' if this is your first time. You will be prompted for the email address that you originally registered for. Then check your email inbox for a link to automatically log you in.
Someone purchased a pass for me, how do I check if my registration is complete?
First, try logging in with the steps above. If the system does not recognize your email address, we recommend getting in touch with the person who purchased your pass for you. Although your pass may have been purchased, you still will need to be assigned the pass by the purchaser so you are able to setup your unique user account.
From there you can assign passes to your guests by copying and forwarding onto them their pass claim link
Once the guest has claimed their pass, they are all set! Keep in mind, they will need to log in with the email they used to register with in order to access content.
Do I need to register for each session in order to watch?
The majority of our events actually do not require you to pre-register before, so as long as you are registered with a pass, you will be able to click and view the events once they begin.
For the few events that we have limited capacity for, Delegates will have the option to click a small “save a seat” icon:
How do I join a session?
You will automatically be logged in if you use the "Join Event" link in the email you received. You can also login via the instructions below:
On the agenda page, select a session and click the “Join Broadcast” button under the session title. Broadcast will become available two minutes before the scheduled session start time
When you click the “Join Broadcast” button, you may be prompted to login in order to join the session.
Once you click “Login,” a new page will open asking for the email address used to register your ticket.
After receiving the confirmation email, you can click the link in the email to be automatically logged into the event site.
How Do I Move Between Sessions?
When a session ends, or if you decide to switch to a different breakout session, return to the agenda. You can then enter any other in progress session by clicking the “Broadcast” button for that session on the agenda.
The agenda includes a two-minute buffer between each set of sessions, to allow time to navigate to the next session.
What is the Networking Community?
The networking community is a great place for all participants to send messages to each other. Only registered participants can join and you can leave the community at any time. You will be able to create a short profile or use your LinkedIn profile.
Will I be able to access recordings of sessions after the event?
Yes, all registrants will be able to log back in and watch sessions on-demand until the 30th of October.
Is there a recommended internet browser?
We recommend that you use Chrome for viewing sessions. We also recommend you disable all pop up blockers and ad blockers as they might interfere with the session broadcasting. Here are a few more specifics:
Windows 7 and above, running Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported
MacOS 10.9 or later, running Chrome and Firefox. Safari not supported
iPhone 5S or later, running iOS 11 and up
Android 4.0 or later, running Chrome
The sound is coming out of a different device than I want. What can I do?
To toggle between multiple outputs connected to your device (e.g. internal speakers, headphones and AirPlay), click the gear icon ⚙️ on the top right of the live-streamed session. You will then be able to select which output and input devices should be used.
The output device I want to use isn't showing up . How can I fix this?
First, check the physical connection to your device, by either unplugging and reconnecting your physical headphones, or toggling bluetooth on and off. If you are confident that the output device is connected correctly, check your system preferences to ensure your computer recognizes the device. On a Windows device, click the loudspeaker icon on the bottom right of your screen, and you'll be able to change output device. On a Mac, visit System Preferences > Sound to choose your output devices.
My devices are connected properly, but I can't hear anything!
If you're confident everything is connected properly, your devices might be being used by another tool or application. Make sure tools like Zoom, Google Hangouts, Go To Meeting etc. have been closed prior to starting the session.
